Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ClonedCardEMV.com. We value your satisfaction and aim to make the returns process as clear and fair as possible.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging

Important: All parcels are subject to inspection upon return. A parcel can only be refunded after inspection, and the refund rate will be determined according to the state of the product at the moment of inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Additional non-returnable items may apply depending on the nature of the product.

How to Complete a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be sent to the address provided after contacting us.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post).
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time involved).

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@clonedcardemv.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
